 ey Tanner Bar (Shortland Building\, Callaghan Campus) starting at 6pm.\n\n
 Nominations are invited from club members for election to the Club Committ
 ee for the next 12 months. Members are reminded that they must be financia
 l members to vote or to stand for a committee position. The constitution r
 equires that not less than 2 members of the Club Committee are students in
  2016 and the constitution does not allow External members of NUsport to h
 ave a majority on the Committee. Club External members do not have a vote 
 at club general meetings.\n\nMembers seeking election to the Club Committe
 e must lodge a fully completed nomination form with the Club Secretary not
  less than 5 days before the above date of the AGM.\n
